1. Log in to your test sponsor's Webassessor portal.

2. Open the My Assessments tab.

 3. In Scheduled Exams, click the Reschedule/Cancel link.

To Reschedule

• In the new screen, click the Reschedule button and follow the prompts. 

A late fee may be due if you reschedule within 24 hours of an online exam or within 72 hours of a testing center exam. If so, upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
 

• After rescheduling, click the Done button.

To Cancel

Follow Steps 1-3, above.

• In the new screen, click the Cancel button. The Process Refund screen appears (displayed below).

a.Select: Yes, Cancel this registration.

b.Click Submit.
 

•  Your account displays a confirmation message; an email confirmation of your refund amount is also sent.

A late fee may be deducted from your refund if you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of an online exam or within 72 hours of a testing center exam.

If you used a voucher to pay for the exam, you will be able to reuse that voucher after cancelling the exam as long as you are not inside the 24 hour window for Online exams, and 72 hours for Onsite exams.

If you paid in full or part with a coupon or voucher code and cancelled inside the 24 hour Online exam, or the 72 hour Onsite exam window you won?t be able to reuse the coupon for a new registration.
 

• Your bank or credit card refund may take 8 to 10 days to process.
